Our COVID-19 Safety Plan

We’re open for face-to-face, and we’re doing it super safe! Not only are we keeping 6ft distance in our offices, we have plexi-glass shields while in session, and an administration team cleaning high touch surfaces after each client. Take a look at how we are keeping our staff, and clients safe.

  • Door handles, phones, faucets, light switches, welcome station and debit machine are sanitized after use every day
  • Bathroom is sanitized (handles, faucet, flusher) after each use *please inform staff member for use
  • Pens are sanitized for client use
  • Receptionist will wear a mask when letting client into the building
  • In-session chairs will be sanitized after each use
  • No staff member is permitted to work if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
  • Plexi-glass protective barriers are present in offices, at front desk, and in session
  • We are maintaining a 6 ft distance throughout the work day for clients and staff
  • No entrance is permitted in our building without an appointment
  • Appointments are staggered 15 minutes to ensure minimal contact for clients, and ample time to reschedule and pay for session
  • Clients must call the center or knock on the door before entering facility
  • Waiting room is no longer available, clients must arrive at the scheduled time of appointment, and are let in by staff member
  • Limit to one-client in at a time* please do not bring anyone to your appointment
    • This excludes minors, and family sessions where all clients are members of the same household. Will only be fulfilled where a 6ft distance can be maintained between clients and counsellor
  • Clients must sanitize their hands before engaging with receptionist or attending appointment
